WE’RE crowded on the bridge, at least 20 of us, peering out to the horizon with powerful binoculars and telephoto lenses. Surely we’ll see something soon. Polar bears, whales, countless seabirds and even a rare species of caribou are all checked off but something is still missing up here in the high Arctic of Nunavut, Canada. Ice.

Cheap flights on Scoot: Is it worth paying for an upgrade to ScootBiz?


HER eyes met mine. Silky brown, framed in a perfect face, yet they betrayed a tinge of apprehension. 
 
"I'm sorry sir, but we cannot." No, I'm not trying on an upgrade or pushing for an extra glass of bubbles.

I'm flying ScootBiz on the new low cost carrier Scoot out of Sydney on TZ1 to Singapore and onward to Bangkok.
